I take very seriously the fact that your body is your instrument and since you're only given one body, it's important to take care of it. I'm still learning but I'd like to continue feeling and looking healthy, and this blog is a way for me to stay on track to do it.
I do a whole ton of lifting, and some occasional running. My goal as an actor/artist is to be involved with action films and television. Think Underworld, Nikita, Kill Bill, Alias, superhero films, sci-fi movies, etc.
