My health and fitness history has been a long, complicated, confusing history and I feel as if for once, I feel in control and happy about my lifestyle choices and I feel good about my body. I take very seriously the fact that your body is your instrument and since you are only given one body, it's important to take care of it. I'm still learning but I'd like to continue feeling and looking healthy, and this blog is a way for me to stay on track to do it.
